■How to serve: (1) Prepare the tableware, soup, and condiments before hand. (2) Boil a pot full of water, and insert the noodles. Cook for 7-8 minutes. If the water bubbles up, add cold water to prevent spilling. (3) When the noodles become the preferred softness, turn off the heat and pour into a colander. Rinse the noodles with cold water. (4) For cold noodles, use the soup as dipping sauce. For warm noodles, heat the soup up and pour it over.
